Joan Collins has decided to unload one of the 4 properties she is known to own - check out the HQ pics of her luxury NYC pad which is on the market for $2.89 million. Meanwhile, her "DYNASTY" co-star Linda Evans has sold her house in L.A. for $2.7 million.
