Joan, who also owns an apartment in L.A.'s swanky Sierra Towers, an apartment in London's exclusive Belgravia district and a house in the South of France, is selling her Midtown East apartment at the Dorchester.
The glamorous 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom spacious residence boasts North, South, and East exposures, herringbone oak floors and abundant closet space.
The luxury unit also comes with a hefty monthly maintenance fee of $2,915.
Adjacent to Park Avenue, the Dorchester is a luxurious, full-service co-op (built in 1958) with white gloved door staff, concierge and maid service.
Valet service and a garage with direct access from the building is also available.
Collins, who had already vacated the apartment and is now back in the UK, held a farewell party there earlier this month.
On May 11 she tweeted she had persuaded her friend Neil Sedaka to play piano and sing "Calendar Girl" at the party.
"NY Post" said Alan Cumming, Arlehe Dahl and Andy Cohen also attended the party.
Meanwhile, Linda Evans has sold her Beverly Hills Post Office-area home (which she listed for sale last fall) for $2.7 million.
The 4-bedroom 5-bathroom ranch house, built in 1937, came with a rose garden and a swimming pool. Evans bought the property in 1981 for $590,000.
Before selling the property, Evans (who has resided in Tacoma, Washington for years) had previously listed the house in 2007 for lease. The monthly rental fee she asked for was $14,500.
Now Evans has decided to get rid of the house for good. But she did have to settle for less. When she listed the property in November 2010 her original asking price was $3,29 million.
Didn't Joan Collins say in an interview that Linda has only one house? where is she going to live now?
