DYNASTY Reunion Article (1991)

In 1991, John Forsythe said: "Beethoven could leave a symphony unfinished... We didn't think we could do that with a soap opera." Perhaps they should have.

Scroll down for an October 1991 article from People Magazine, published days before the October 20 & 22 airing of the lackluster 4-hour mini-series sequel which did well the first night, but flopped on the second night.

"The Reunion" which failed to tie up a number of loose ends from the show's 9th season did help the saga limp to some sort of final conclusion (past the sea of continuity errors and unexpected supporting characters).

The scans contain some nice behind-the-scenes images taken during the filming of the mini-series which relied heavily on location shooting since the original sets had been dismantled / sold to other shows.
